The regular training takes place in Aachen City at the following times:Tuesdays & Thursdays, 07:00 - 08:30 pm (self defense & fitness)

To give you a perfect start as a new member of NAUKA Training, we invite you to the trial.

In an initial consultation we will determine your personal goals (eg, self defense, martial arts & fitness, motivational training, traditional martial arts).
The NAUKA coaches will take the time to advise you in your training professionally and bring you closer to the concept.

Important: Do not be shy! Neither as a guest nor as a member we will ask you for sporting excellence. NAUKA was created for the modern people of today and so designed, that anyone can learn it - regardless of gender, age, body size or weight. For optimal training and a progressive increase in your success, we require strong commitment and respect for the other members.
